Sebastian advises on a variety of Litigation matters which include, but are not limited to Possession Proceedings, Lease Extensions, Party Wall Disputes, Boundary Disputes, Building/construction disputes, Forfeiture proceedings, Debt Recovery, Contract Claims.

His practice engages a particular specialism in property related Litigation. He grew up in a family where property and construction was a family business, as such, he has a good know how around a building site and have always gravitated to these kinds of disputes.

This experience allows Sebastian to have a different perspective on property disputes which he approaches on a logical basis, often saving clients time and avoiding protracted litigation costs.
