Jennifer specialises in corporate and commercial work. She has acted for companies, both large and small, at every stage of the business life cycle, including supporting budding entrepreneurs and green shoots start-ups, assisting with external investment rounds, acquisitions and mergers, dealing with director/shareholder fall-outs, and established business sales on exit or retirement.
