Hollie specialises in a range of private client matters including: Estate Administration (Probate), Tax and Estate Planning, Trusts including lifetime trusts and trust administration, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, Social Care cost advice and challenging care fees.

Having worked in a large Central London firm previously, Hollie returned to work locally, and is proud to call Theydon Bois home.

With her local knowledge, Hollie is particularly good at delivering complex legal advice in an accessible way, taking extra time with clients when necessary to ensure that they feel cared for, confident in the advice they have received, and armed to make an informed decision.

Hollie is a highly competent and experienced Will drafter and enjoys assisting clients with holistic and tailored Estate Planning advice.

Hollie is a member of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and is particularly proud of achieving a distinction in the “Advising Vulnerable Clients” module which is an area she is extremely passionate about. Hollie is also a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is currently pursuing accreditation with the Society of Later Life Advisors (SOLLA).
