Farah Naz - Partner & Head of Family

Farah recognises that changing family dynamics require a flexible and commercial approach, with early intervention and the use of alternative dispute resolution methods being key. 

Farah specialises in representing clients in a broad range of private family matters which include divorce proceedings, high net worth financial proceedings and international assets.

She also assists clients with the dissolution of civil partnerships, separations, disputes relating to children (including claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989) and disputes between cohabitees.

She is confident in preparing cohabitation agreements, pre, post marital agreements, and and often assists clients in injunctive proceedings.

Known for her robust and tenacious approach in reaching the right resolution for her clients, Farah has been applauded for her ability to provide clear, concise and honest advice, whilst at the same time being empathetic to the clients needs.

Farah and has been recognised as being a ‘Rising Star’ by the Legal 500 and she is also a member of Resolution and so prefers to reach an agreement by adopting a non-confrontational approach.

She is known for ensuring her clients feel supported in what is often a pivotal time in their lives, working with them to achieve the best possible outcome, enabling them to move forward with confidence.

Farah is able to fluently speak to clients in languages such as English, Urdu and Punjabi.
